1. Defective Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if it is proven that the product has a defect. We offer:
1) replacement with the same product
2) replacement with products of the same value
3) full refund
COST OF TRANSPORT (BOTH WAYS) WILL BE PAYED BY US.
2. Non Defective Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days. Product must be in perfect condition, as received, complete without damage to the product itself or the packaging. If these terms are not met they will be returned and the customer will pay the transport fee.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED IN ANY CASE IF NOT DEFECTIVE.
TRANSPORT FEES (BOTH WAYS) ARE PAYED BY THE CUSTOMER.
